Dear Valued Member,

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, I wanted to share with you that TMH Federal Credit Union is taking significant steps to protect the health, well being and peace of mind of our members and employees. We will be making the following adjustments to our operations, while remaining committed to providing you the service and support that you’ve come to expect from us. We encourage you to use remote, convenient methods for transacting business on your account if you are not feeling well.

Virtual Branch - Our online bank platform. Click here to enroll. Within Virtual Branch you can check balances, make payments, transfer funds, bill pay, PopMoney, send messages* to CU staff, etc. If you haven't enrolled, we encourage you to enroll today.

*Messages - Send and receive messages from CU staff through this secure portal.

Mobile Money - Access your account balances, transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments, etc. Download the TouchBanking App and the code is tmhmobile. You will need a Virtual Branch username and password to login.

PEARL - 24-hour access to your credit union account by calling 1-800-259-0762.

PETE - PETE allows you to transfer money from your account at another financial institution to your TMH FCU account quickly and securely. Make your loan payment free of charge. Try now!

Night Depository - For your convenience, we have night depository located at both branch locations. You may make deposits, loan payments or drop off your check reorder forms 24 hours a day.

Debit/ATM Cards - If you need to order a new Debit/ATM Card please complete this form. If you haven't used your Debit/ATM Card recently please perform a small transaction to ensure your card is working properly. Publix ATMs are surcharge free.

Shared Branching - You can take advantage of our extensive Shared Branch and ATM Network, including more than 5,000 Shared Branches nationwide. Please take the time now to note the locations most convenient to you. 

Should you or your family be impacted by COVID-19 and need financial support, we're here to help. Members of our team are ready to provide you with financial guidance and discuss any necessary financial arrangements. We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 developments and evaluate additional measures to support our members as needs arise.  Please find additional information about COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
