Medical Owner Occupied real estate properties that are the primary location of the business operation. We offer long term fixed rate financing with up to 30 year amortizations.

Term loans designed for long term financing of medical equipment, software, furniture and fixtures. Up to 7 year amortizations are available on qualified purchases.
